COMPANY NEWS THE OLIVE OIL REFINERY FACILITIES OF TARİŞ WILL BE MODERNIZED BY THE HUM - LURGI CONSORTIUM The facilities that will be constructed by the consortium, a cooperation of Halit Uzun Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. (HUM) and the German company Lurgi Life Science GmbH (LURGI), will be a physical and chemical olive oil refinery facility with an oil treatment capacity of 90.000 tons per year. The facility, where the latest technological developments will be applied, will take its place among the most modern facilities in Turkey and worldwide. This facility, having the latest and highest technologies will be projected with the German LURGI technology, which is the leader of plant oil technologies in the world. The renewal of the machines and the equipment and the application of the project will be realized by the Turkish company HUM, which has served the plant oil sector since 40 years. This facility, that will be equipped by PLC control system and the latest devices, will offer to the consumer the highest quality olive oil to the possible best prices. will begin to produce at February 2003. |
