Projects > Oil Seeds Crushing Plant

Oil  Seeds Crushing Plant is a process of cleaning, crushing, dehulling, pressing of oil seeds like cottonseed, sunflower seed, soybean, corn germ, peanut, hazelnut, rape seed, etc. in order to separate the oil from the seed. The hulls of the oil seed is crushed at the crusher and then by separating some quantity of hull according to the desired protein percentage, the kernel is squeezed in order to obtain flake at the flaker. The oil cells are exploded by flaking process. The flaked kernel is first put into a heating cooker in order to cooked by heating and performed to get the suitable condition so as to separate the oil from the kernel easily. After this process the oil is separated from the cake by squeezing at the Edible Oil Screw Press. The obtained crude oil is filtered to send to the refining unit.

HUM became a leader at the sector by integrating the technological developments and low investment costs in an optimum level and with an intelligence following the latest developments in the world and applying them at the crude oil plants that were built-up by HUM. The crushers, flakers and edible oil screw presses that were manufactured by HUM are using the technology at the upper level and having the international standards. The losses and the administration costs are minimized to the lowest level at the crude oil plants processing with those machines.
