PRESSING,
This process is for taking the oil out by pressing the oil seeds that are
suitably conditioned in the cooker and for obtaining oil and cake. The
desired oil content will be left in the press cake according to the inlet
conditions of the next extraction unit. The press construction has an important
role for providing the exact oil ratio in the press cake and the capacity
of the press. Also the design, material and the life of the worms and cage
bars have a critical importance. Besides all, the power
transmission system, including the main frame, bearings, press main shaft,
gear unit, belt & pulley system, motor and the torque limiter and in
which the power for the needed pressing process is provided and
transmitted, is completely developed with the latest technology and
engineering studies for meeting all the requirements of our clients.
